Reel Lyfe Society artist Mike Mckenzie has released single “Hoe” off his latest project Stand By. Ladies, have you ever wondered why men cheat? Fellas, wish you could explain to the one you love why you have that itch? Mike McKenzie’s “Hoe” sheds light for both women and men.
Some men might feel as if the “secret’s out the bag” but Mckenzie mixes his story telling ability with witty lyricism to deliver a tale that relates to both sides of the everyday struggle in relationships. The song speaks from a man’s perspective and shows how it changes throughout a relationship due to certain problems such as arguments and fighting.
With production by Boston native J-Rob, Mckenzie continues to reach within his city to showcase its talents to the world. Mike Mckenzie was born in the city of New York, but coming from broken beginnings his mother relocated to Boston, MA when he was almost 9 years old.
Through his music, he expresses his views on life through the eyes of a maturing man from the inner city. This his type of humility is shown through his music and his reality as he connects to all fans as much as possible. Watch the visuals for Mike Mckenzie track ‘Hoe’ below.
